Scott Jameson has been the preeminent American Jam?son genealogist and family historian for many years, decades even. He is responsible for a huge list of various Jam?son family genealogies and for a period of nine years, from 1985 through 1993, published a Jameson family newsletter under the heading "The Jameson Perspective." No other person since E.O. Jameson, authored the book "The Jamesons in America" has anyone compiled more information on Jameson families, or done more to help other Jamesons research and compile information on their own Jam?son families, than has Scott.

Now retired, Scott is less in the spotlight than in past years, but is still active, occasional helping a smaller number of people researching their Jamesons. Scott has also been an important part of all the effort behind this Jam?son Family Network website.

Scott has now agreed to take us up on our long standing offer for a space of his own where he can ramble on about anything he wants to - on a somewhat irregular basis, without a deadline or any sort of format that might cramp his style. Kind of getting the band back together, of sorts, but not exactly anything too formal. More just 'Scott's thing' done his way.
